Dear NFPS Families: Due to the overnight snow, NFPS will operate on a 2-hour delay schedule for Monday, December 12.
Stay Safe

Dear NFPS Families: Due to this morning's delayed opening, the K-8 parent conferences scheduled for this afternoon have been postponed. For your planning purposes, afternoon conferences have been rescheduled to next Thursday, December 8. We will have an early dismissal for grades K-8 only on December 8. The high school schedule will remain unchanged. The schools will follow up with additional details regarding conferences. Thank you.

NFPS will be on a 2-hour delay this morning, Thursday, December 1, due to several road closures as a result of last night's storm. K-8 conferences will be rescheduled; therefore, we will not have an early dismissal this afternoon.

Dear Parents and Staff:
Effective February 25, 2022, the CDC announced that they will no longer require the wearing of masks on buses or vans operated by public or private school systems. Therefore, New Fairfield Public Schools will no longer require mask-wearing on school transportation. Mask-wearing will be optional in all NFPS as well as buses and vans beginning tomorrow Monday, February 28th.
Please take time today to remind your child to respect the decisions of all students regarding mask choice. Thank you for your continued cooperation.
Sincerely,
Dr. Cosentino
