The DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) was held in Orlando from April 25-29. Students qualify to compete at the National level by placing at the State level if they compete.
Our students completed 3 campaigns which qualified our school to bring 2 students to attend the Thrive Leadership Academy. Mrs. McDermott, the DECA advisor, the opportunity to attend the Advisor Professional Leadership Series. Our students, Sophomores Gabby Alit and Kaelyn Schuchat, spent 2 full days learning leadership skills, networking and training to bring their work back to school to work with other students for the next year.
