Seniors/Senior Parents:
All Seniors must complete the Senior Survey on Naviance Family Connection by the end of May at the latest. However, in order to have a graduation pennant displayed in the high school lobby, seniors must complete the survey by May 17th. We must have student permission to post their pennant and this is granted through the survey.
Community Service must also be completed as a graduation requirement, and students planning to participate in the SEE Project must have their hours submitted prior to beginning the project. Senior Surveys should also be completed before starting the SEE Project.
Financial Aid Applications: Effective January 1, 2012, parents should complete an online Free Application for Federal Student Aid at: www.FederalStudentAid.ed.gov. The CSS/Financial Aid Profile can be completed starting October 11, 2011 at www.collegeboard.com/ if required by your college. Please check with your college's financial aid offices for deadlines and more specific information.
Additionally, make sure you update your FAFSA application to reflect your final IRS forms. All boys who have turned 18 are also required to complete their Selective Service Registration on line in order to receive federal financial aid. Please stop in to College and Career for more information.
Naviance: *All students should now have working usernames(email address) and passwords for Naviance. Any students who do not have their Naviance username or password should see Mrs. Raneri in the College & Career Center for help in setting up a username and password.
Community Service:
All students in grades 9-11 are required to complete a minimum of 15 hours of community service each year. Forms are available in the College and Career Center. Seniors must complete a minimum of 60 hours as a graduation requirement. Please submit all community service hours to Clare Raneri in the College and Career Center.
