Welcome to the 2010-2011 Box Tops for Education Program

Welcome to the 2010-2011 school year, we hope you all have had a great summer!  Box Tops for Education is a school fundraiser sponsored by General Mills for elementary schools with grades K-8.  Each school can earn up to $60,000 annually.  The $60,000 can be earned in different ways – Clipping Box Tops, Shopping the Box Tops Marketplace or buying books at Barnes & Noble...

Clipping Box Tops

Clip Box Top coupons from hundreds of participating products and send them to school.  Box Tops coupons are worth 10¢ each when our school redeems them from Box Tops for Education.  All you need to do is clip the Box Top off your products, collect them and send them in with your child/children.  Each classroom is credited for their students Box Tops and each month the top collecting classrooms are rewarded with a special treat for the whole class!  NOTE: 1.) Please clip around the box top along the dotted line!  2.) Label your bag/baggie of Box Tops with your teachers name to be sure your child’s class will get the credit.  Please see the box tops for education website for participating brands.  www.btfe.com.

Shopping the Box Tops Marketplace

Start by going to www.bfte.com and click on the Marketplace.  There are links to 60+ merchants who will donate a percentage of your sale to our school.  It doesn’t cost a thing for your participation, just shopping through the Box Tops store URL link instead typing in the direct website URL address.  Some of the participating stores are Oriental Trading, Pottery Barn, Lands End, HearthSong, Highlights and Harry & David among many others.

Buy books

Purchase books online at Barnes & Noble through the Box Tops Reading Room^SM.  Our school will receive 6% of your new book purchases and 3% of all other online purchases.

"The Big Clip" Sweepstakes

Box Tops for Education is giving away 1,000,000 Bonus Box Tops to America's Schools.  Enter the Big Clip for a chance to win Bonus Box Tops for your school!  Plus, look for specially-marked Bonus Box Tops packages and Bonus Box Tops offers at your favorite retailer.  Go to www.btfe.com and click on Bonus Box Tops and enter your email address for a chance to win!  You can enter once a day!! 

Also, if you just register to receive a monthly e-mail from Box Tops at their website and sign up for Meeting House Hill School, our school will earn 5 Box Tops.  It’s that easy!

Box Tops for Education is a great way to earn free money for our schools.  Most are products we use everyday at home, and it just takes a moment of your time to take the box top off.  Get your extended family, friends and neighbors involved in saving Box Tops!!  It only takes a moment in time to earn our school an extra dime!
