DROP OFF AND PICK UP PROCEDURES FALL 2011

 

Dear Parents:

Due to our exciting renovation project, drop off and pick up procedures will be adjusted several times this year.

Beginning September 2011 and continuing through approximately December 2011, the following procedures will be in place to assure everyone’s safety.

 

DROP OFF:

 

Between 7:30-8:00am

Chorus, Intramurals, Enrichment Activities

Entrance closest to Hidden Valley, proceed to back of building and drop off at new wing entrance

Between 8:15-8:50am

Regular Drop Off

Park at Congregational Church, walk through path and deliver your child to our crossing guard

8:50 and later

Late Arrival

Park at School or Church lot, and ring bell to be buzzed in.

 

    PICK UP:

Prior to 3:10pm

Early Pick Up (Appointments, etc)

Park at Church lot, and ring bell to be buzzed in, in order to sign students out.

End of School Day

Non Bus Riders/Walkers

Park at Church, go to Rm 107 to sign out your child.

 

We appreciate your adherence to these safety procedures.  During the months of September, October and November we will not have access to the East Entrance which necessitates these changes.  Once the East Entrance is reopened, we will send home information as well as post to our school website regarding revisions to these procedures.
