Welcome to Consolidated School!

With almost 675 students and 50 plus staff members, our PK through 2nd grade school is bustling with activity every day.  We welcome and encourage parent and student volunteers who provide essential support for our teachers and their students.  

It has been my pleasure and honor to have served the New Fairfield School District for the last 12 years. I was the Assistant Principal at Meeting House Hill School for 8 years and became the Principal of Consolidated School in 2007. Prior to coming to New Fairfield, I taught special and regular education for 25 years in Connecticut and Maine. When I look back on my professional choices, I feel so blessed to have chosen education.  Working with children for the last 37 years has been a joy. I often tell people, "If you can't be in a good mood in a PK-2nd grade school, you really need to find a new job!"
