List Up-to-Date Contact Information to be Connected and Informed

• Have you changed your email address or cell phone numbers recently? Each year Census Verification forms are sent home on the first day for you to update if needed. Please review and return these forms as soon as possible. Be sure to notify your respective school with these changes throughout the year, so that we have the most up-to-date information.
