We have a wide variety of support services available. Our staff includes a nurse, social worker, speech therapist, psychologist, resource/learning ability teacher, and “Special Friend” paraprofessionals. You can get further explanation of these services by contacting the principal or the director of Pupil Personal Services. Testing Program CT Mastery Test (achievement) -Spring- Grades 3,4, and 5 Test of Cognitive Skills (group intelligence) - Fall - Grade 5 All of these tests become part of the student's cumulative folder. You can review your child's cumulative folder at any time. Just call and arrange a time convenient for you and the school. Whenever possible, we prefer to have someone (teacher, administrator, psychologist) review the folder with you, and answer any questions you might have. If your child should require additional evaluation(s), you will be notified in order to give your consent. Unless otherwise documented in your child's file, all information in this file will be available to biological parents. Your child's record will not be shared with other schools, agencies, etc., without written consent from the custodial parents and/or guardians.
