I find that team teaching is an effective approach in differentiating instruction.</B></div> <div> <B>   On a personal level, as you can see I love to travel, especially in tropical areas.  The picture on the top of my page depicts my dream teaching station (with modern amenities inside of course!)  I have recently become a land owner in the area.</B></div> <div> <B>   I look forward to another successful and rewarding year. </B></div> </td> </tr></table></body>
