Mission Statement:

In our classroom I promote an atmosphere of positive affect and mutual respect for one another, and encourage every student to challenge the boundaries of his or her personal and learning comfort zones.

We hold regular class meetings so students learn how to solve problems and settle differences in a safe and controlled manner. Students are generously rewarded for displaying positive character traits and reminded when forgotten, in order to allow an opportunity to self-correct their actions.

Students receive both individual rewards and whole group rewards, as well as individual

reminders and consequences when necessary.
