Ms. Coelho graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education.  She received a Masters of Science in organizational behavior from the University of Hartford Barney School of Business and a Sixth Year Degree in educational administration and supervision from Sacred Heart University.

Before becoming an assistant principal, Ms. Coelho taught business education courses at New Fairfield High School.  For 18 years, she worked in the insurance and medical industries.
