Student AwardsAndrew Coletti was named the 2008 Fairfield County Winner in poetry in the prestigious IMPAC-Connecticut State University Literary Awards for Young Writers competition. He was awarded a $1,000 scholarship for his poem, Ghosts on This Island, inspired by the life of Fanny Cochrane Smith, a Tasmanian Aborigine who died in 1905.
