Please remember to let me know if any of your emergency contact information changes. Any change in address, employment, or other emergency names/phone numbers needs to be sent to me so that I can get a child's parent/guardian in case of an emergency. Sick children get even more stressed and upset if they detect that I am having trouble getting in touch with the most important person in their lives...you!
